The staff was super friendly and helpful!!! the location is great. It's close to everything, especially kelvingrove park. breakfast was tasty and had lots of options i liked. the pastries were my favorite!!!

The shower's temperature was hard to adjust. it was either too hot or too cold, and i couldn't get it just right. there were no drawers in the room for my clothes. I had to live out of my suitcase!!! parking was also a hassle because there is no car park on site.

The staff were especially helpful. Sally's attentiveness stood out. i found the complimentary toiletries to be a lovely touch. i enjoyed the record player in the room, and it added a unique element. breakfast was great!!!

i found the hot water pressure a little low in the shower, it made rinsing a bit slow.

breakfast buffet hot water record player

The breakfast buffet included a nice selection of cereals fresh fruit and pastries. The hot water supply to the luxury bath was excellent. The furniture looked modern and of good quality. There was a record player in the room complete with two old LPs.

The TV reception was poor.

The room included a king-size bed with fresh linens and bedside tables that featured individual reading lights. The shower had good water pressure and temperature control. The climate control system was effective. It maintained a consistent temperature throughout my stay. Soundproofing in the room kept it quiet.

lovely touches and friendly staff

friendly receptionist continental breakfast cool touch woollen blanket

the receptionist was very friendly. she helped us a lot. the continental breakfast had many options and fresh fruit. the room had cool touches, such as the record player. i enjoyed the woollen blankets.

shower was either hot or cold. it was hard to regulate. it would have been better if the shower worked.

complimentary toiletries excellent location broken radiator missing waste bin

The room included complimentary toiletries. There was also a hairdryer in the room, which i found very helpful. the location is excellent, with free street parking available at weekends. a good variety buffet breakfast was also offered.

The radiator was broken. It was constantly on! the room became very hot, AND NOTHING could be done. there were a few things missing, a waste bin and hooks for towels.
