The staff was super friendly and helpful!!! the location is great. It's close to everything, especially kelvingrove park. breakfast was tasty and had lots of options i liked. the pastries were my favorite!!!
The shower's temperature was hard to adjust. it was either too hot or too cold, and i couldn't get it just right. there were no drawers in the room for my clothes. I had to live out of my suitcase!!! parking was also a hassle because there is no car park on site.

the staff was super helpful. the record player in the room was a great touch, i loved the biscuit selection too. the bed in my room was comfy and i slept great (i even wrote down the brand of the mattress!).
i could clearly hear noise coming from outside the room, it woke me up early. it felt a bit intrusive since my room was literally just behind reception. they should look into better soundproofing.
